Sabra began her training in gymnastics at age 4 in Kaiserslautern, Germany and continued until 8 years old. At age 16 she attended Dance Impressions in Bountiful, Utah where she trained for two years in ballet and jazz. Then, spending a year in Las Vegas, Nevada, she danced and taught at The Dance Zone training in ballet, jazz, and contemporary before moving to New York City. In 2007 she earned her spot on the Fox Reality Show Season 3 of "So You Think You Can Dance" and became the first female winner. The show opened up many doors and she spent the next year traveling and teaching classes all over America and in Canada, Australia, South Africa, Iceland, Cyprus, and Spain. In 2009 she danced a season with the highly acclaimed Cedarlake Contemporary Ballet in New York City. In 2010 she danced with Mexico's leading contemporary ballet company Tania Perez Salas. Now dancing with Tanz Theater Darmstadt in Germany, she gets to enjoy not only works put on by the company but also collaborating with the musicals and operas within the theater. She started the season in 2011 and is also engaged for the coming season.
Still accomplishing the "Accomplishments" i.e. learning Spanish and German, traveling the world, being a better me, learn to act, and designing jewelry just for a few.
