Yuki Yashima started dancing at the age of four, training at the Horyuzi Academy and Ena Ballet School in Japan. Yuki had a scholarship for Orlando Ballet School's summer intensive in 2011. She moved to Orlando Ballet School to train as a Trainee and dance in the second company.
Yuki received 1st prize at the Australian Institute of Classical Dance in 2009, 4th prize for classical and top 15 for contemporary at the American Dance Competition in 2013, 1st prize for pas de deux at the American Ballet Competition in 2013 and was selected to compete at USA IBC in Jackson in 2014.

Ballet is such a wonderful art of creating by your body and from your heart. That is why each person has different things like legs, arms, face, technique and feeling. I'm sure everyone has things that they don’t like, but use them in a different way to make it better… we can’t go though without hard work!
